Carrie Rosebrock is the owner and found of Rosebrock Consulting, INC, as well as the co-author of the school leadership book, Arrows: A Systems-Based Approach to School Leadership. In her educational leadership roles, she has personally witnessed the impact empowered teachers have on classrooms and learning, and it's her passion to help coach and shape school leaders to continually grow their teachers--love them through the process. She started her educational leadership journey as the Secondary English Administrator for the Brownsburg Community School Corporation in Brownsburg, Indiana. From there, she served as a Learning Specialist for the Central Indiana Educational Services Center, and she has also taught as an adjunct professor for Butler University's Experiential Program for Preparing School Principals (or EPPSP). She lives in Brownsburg, Indiana, with her husband, Brad, and their two children, Grace and Will.
