I've yet to meet anyone who enjoys sitting through a terrible meeting. And let's be honest: sometimes meetings can really, really, stink. When there's no clear purpose, no real leader, no real time frame, no real goal...PLCs actually are a giant waste of time that we don't have to waste.

But you know...it doesn't have to be that way. We owe it to ourselves to do better, and it's really not that hard to lead a productive, action-oriented PLC. I've been leading and coaching teams on PLC dynamics and structures for 10+ years, and I've learned some simple moves that make a big difference.
