Building and District leaders will join Sarah in a 90-minute, virtual session designed to guide you through non-negotiable steps in the planning process for you to design, refine, launch or re-launch your PLCs (Professional Learning Communities).

  • Share sample PLC structures (ie, smaller and larger districts, elementary and high school structures)

  • Clarify the necessary role of teacher leaders in the PLC process & determine ways to provide them with consistent support

  • Anticipate how Group Dynamics will impact your PLC team

  • Clarify the use of feedback within the PLC process & tips for implementation

  • Summarize the logistical non-negotiables that set your teams up for success
